Jennifer has a broad legal background in a variety of real estate transactions. She focuses her practice on providing counsel to real estate developers, lenders, investor and other attorneys in connection with the creation of condominiums, townhomes, mixed-use developments and resort developments. Her experience extends to projects focused on a single use or combining various uses including residential, commercial, hotel, office, retail, resort and other components.
Jennifer was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1997 and prior to forming her own firm, she was a shareholder with the firm of Munsch, Hardt, Kopf and Harr, PC, in Dallas, Texas.
